3 Day Detox Diet for Cleansing

Sometimes we may feel sluggish and fatigued. This can often be attributed to toxic overload in our bodies. A 3 day detox diet can work to rejuvenate us and alleviate health issues that may occur as a result of the accumulation of toxins. Some issues that may prompt one to take on a body detox may be problems with skin, digestive issues, kidney ailments and problems with the liver.
By adopting a 3 day detox and consuming detox foods, you can enhance your body's ability to regulate and balance keeping issues such as elevated cholesterol, heightened blood pressure and cardiac distress in check. By incorporating this brief cleansing program, you can kick start a long-term process of detoxification to improve overall health and vitality.
For a start, begin the day with a glass of pure water with the juice of a half an organic lemon squeezed into it.
