Our bodies consist of nearly 80% water. Our daily health relies on the function of our kidneys. Our adrenals glands along with our kidneys produce hormones that are needed by our bodies, regulate blood pressure, balance our mineral content and cleanse our blood. With the exposures to pollutents in our food and water as well as consuming too much protein, we overload our kidneys making it difficult for them to function optimally. Avoiding these toxins as much as possible will help our kidneys to detoxify more efficiently.

Banaba tree in the Philippines

A kidney flush may be needed in order to improve the health of the kidneys by purging these accumulated toxins out of our bodies making it easier for them to function optimally. Consuming kidney cleansing foods can help our bodies to dissolve kidney stones. When they are purged from the body, our blood is cleansed, we can regulate our blood pressure and acids are balanced in our bodies. Our urinary tract is detoxified in the process and inflammation is reduced.
