There is an ethereal science that lies behind energy healing (auras and chakras). It is one of the fastest growing, holistic treatments available today. Since the beginning of human existence, all of our indigenous ancient tribes have practiced these sacred healing energies. The energy of the universe is its main force. We are all connected to this force of energy. It is not as difficult as it might seem to practice chakra energy healing. Although in order to be effective at this practice, you must carefully learn the technique.
We as humans have the power to heal ourselves. When we provide the correct environment for our bodies, our healing potential is quite powerful. In order to employ healing energies, we must channel them properly. They must be directed to the parts of our aura that need healing.

In order to understand how this practice works, however, it is vital to understand the meaning behind chakras and auras. Chakras are energy centers in our bodies that start at the base of our spine and run up through the top of our head. Chakra is the Sanskrit, Indian word for wheel or disc. Try to imagine the chakras contained in our bodies as spinning discs of energy.
There are seven chakras that each have a color associated to them. They are laid out below.
• The first chakra is located in the adrenal glands. It is the root or red chakra. It is associated with survival instincts.
• The second chakra is the sacral or orange chakra. It is associated with the ovaries or testes. It relates to sexuality.
• The third chakra is the solar plexus or yellow chakra. It is associated with digestion or the pancreas.
• The fourth is the heart or green chakra. It is associated with the immune system or thymus.
• The fifth is the throat or blue chakra. It is associated with metabolism or the thyroid.
• The sixth chakra is the third eye or violet chakra. It is associated with growth and hormones or the pituitary gland.
• The seventh is the white chakra or crown. It is associated with body rhythm or the pineal gland.
Any one of these seven chakras can be damaged. When this happens, they require energy transfer which heals them.
The aura is an energy field. It is derived of colors that vary and pertain to our spiritual development. An advanced energy healing practitioner is a professional who is well versed in auras. They have the ability to read the colors that are associated with our aura. These spiritual individuals have a gift that is often used to heal others of disease. Any crisis in need of healing, be it cancer, loss of a loved one, heartbreak or whatever might be going on in your life can be addressed.
An energy healing session with one of these gifted individuals that goes well can result in less pain, worry and stress. Our spiritual being and physical being can be harmonized by use of healing energies.
