Some teas are said to have beneficial effects when it comes to weight loss. On their own, tea will not melt away pounds. They are not a magic bullet. But, if you make appropriate lifestyle changes and include tea as a part of a healthy regime, you may be able to enhance the weight loss benefit that may exist from the use of slimming tea.

There are a myriad of different types of herbal teas. This guide will provide some of the different types of teas that are said to encourage weight loss and their benefits as part of a healthy diet.
For hydration, we all need to drink at least half of our body weight in ounces of pure water each day. Herbal teas can be included as part of your water intake.
While these weight loss teas have health benefits and can have some helpful effects as part of a weight loss plan, they should by no means be the sole tool used to lose weight. Before going on any weight loss plan, consult with a qualified health care professional.
