Health issues in our society are becoming common place. The incidence of cancer, heart disease and diabetes is staggering. Most of these health conditions have been linked to how we care for our bodies. When we eat a diet rich in processed junk foods, we are denying ourselves the nutrition it needs to maintain good health.
