I don't believe in products that claim to help you drop weight quickly such as Slim quick, Slimfast or any other product that makes such claims. In my opinion, eating a sensible diet that is rich in fresh organic fruits, vegetables and whole grains is the way to maintain a healthy weight and lose excess weight you may be carrying.
Research has found that there is nothing in the "revolutionary formula" of Slimquick to back up its claim of fast weight loss. The majority of its ingredients, which are herbs specifically used to help women alleviate menstrual cramps, contain only a small percentage of weight loss herbs.
From my own online research, I have found Slimquick reviews to be poor and Slim quick testimonials to be lacking. Many users have even taken the manufacturers to court.
Slimquick products are made up of "6 exclusive complexes" each of these complexes dons a name with a scientific sound such as Aquaplex or Estrotrim. Researchers have examined the actual ingredients to determine the actual Slimquick weight loss potential. While many of the ingredients claim to offer a variety of health benefits, very few will actually help you to lose weight.
I don't mean to pick on Slim quick specifically, but rather use it as an example of what is available on the market in terms of weight loss aids. The key to weight loss is simple, but far from easy!
As we all know, you are what you eat. Any product that claims quick and easy weight loss is nothing more than a scam. The only true way to lose weight and keep it off while maintaining optimal health is to change your lifestyle. It is common knowledge that diets and weight loss products just do not work.
You really must adopt a diet that is rich in fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, legumes, and whole grains. Eliminating refined, processed foods and foods that are devoid of nutrients will help you lose weight. In fact, simply eliminating these foods and changing nothing else in your diet will help you drop pounds.

In summary, don’t use weight loss products such as Slimquick! Loss weight the healthier way. Cut out the crap!
